Megamind (Will Ferrell) is a super-intelligent alien who has come from a different planet and landed in the Metro City (Metrocity) Prison. Megamind has constantly battled his nemesis Metro Man (Brad Pitt) since they both arrived on Earth as infants. Consistently losing to Metro Man in his schemes to take over Metro City, Megamind believes himself destined to be the villain. On the day that Metro City dedicates a museum to their protector, Megamind and his sidekick Minion (David Cross) kidnap reporter Roxanne Ritchie (Tina Fey), and then lure Metro Man into a copper-lined room. To everyone's surprise, Metro Man is unable to escape, and appears to be killed when Megamind's death ray strikes him. Megamind revels in his victory, but shortly after becomes depressed, his villainy having no meaning without anyone to stop him.



While attempting to destroy the museum, he disguises himself as its curator Bernard (Ben Stiller) to hide himself from Roxanne. As he talks with her, Megamind is inspired to create a superhero by injecting a worthy target with a serum fashioned from Metro Man's DNA, granting them Metro Man's super-abilities. As Megamind is selecting his target, Roxanne sneaks into Megamind's lair; in the resulting chaos, Megamind accidentally fires the serum into Hal, Roxanne's cameraman (Jonah Hill). Taking advantage of the gullible Hal, Megamind appears to the transformed human as his "space dad", grooming Hal into the superhero Titan (Hal's misunderstanding of Megamind's original name "Titan") and preparing him to fight Megamind in the coming days. Meanwhile, Megamind has become attracted to Roxanne, and continues to date her using his Bernard disguise. Titan, also infatuated with Roxanne, becomes jealous of Bernard, while Minion, seeing Megamind losing interest in villainy, angrily leaves him. On a dinner date, Megamind's disguise falters, leading Roxanne to dump him. Megamind, heartbroken, returns to his lair and vows to fight Tighten the next day as planned.



Megamind becomes impatient waiting for Titan and seeks him out, finding the superhero has used his powers for nefarious purposes. Megamind taunts Titan into fighting him by revealing his space dad and Bernard disguises. In the midst of the fight Megamind realises that Titan will not be satisfied with simply imprisoning Megamind after his loss, but intends to kill him. Megamind then tries to activate his safeguard scheme by capturing Titan in a copper-lined trap, and is shocked to find it fails to work. The villain flees, leaving the city to celebrate Titan's victory, until the "hero" reveals that he is taking over the city, and goes on a destructive rampage. Megamind returns to Roxanne, apologizing and convincing her to lead him to Metro Man's secret headquarters where they might find another way to stop Titan. They are surprised to find Metro Man still alive, secluded in his headquarters. Metro Man reveals he had become tired of fighting Megamind, and has changed into Music Man because he wanted to keep his logo, and had an epiphany that day, faking his own death to pursue his career as a musician. Without any new leads, Roxanne tries to convince Megamind to fight Titan as the city's hero, but Megamind feels he is destined to always be the villain, and turns himself back in to prison.



Later, Titan captures Roxanne and secures her to the top of Metro Tower, threatening to kill her if Megamind does not fight him. Seeing Roxanne in danger, Megamind pleads to the warden for his release, apologizing for all the wrongs he committed before. To the villain's surprise, Minion has disguised himself as the warden, accepts Megamind's apology, and the two take off to the city. They use an elaborate ruse, Minion disguising himself as Megamind to lure Titan from the tower, while Megamind disguises himself as Metro Man to save Roxanne and verbally berate Titan. Titan is temporarily bested, and told by "Metro Man" to leave "Metrocity" (Megamind's distinctive mispronunciation of "Metro City"), but the defeated hero soon returns, seeing through Megamind's disguise. Megamind is forced to run from Titan's wrath, until Roxanne discovers where Megamind left his invisible car and the tool to extract the superhero serum from Titan. Megamind successfully retrieves the device and uses it on Titan, reverting him to Hal. The city cheers for its new hero, a role that Megamind realizes he is capable of choosing himself.



In the aftermath, the former Metro Man museum is rededicated to Megamind, who became hero of Metrocity in a Metro Man disguise, who is slowly coming around to being the hero. He and Roxanne have developed a relationship, and hidden in the crowds, a concealed Music Man gives Megamind his congratulations.

Elaine (Scottie Thompson) and Jarrod (Eric Balfour) have flown to Los Angeles for Jarrod's best friend Terry's (Donald Faison) birthday party. They spend the night celebrating with his girlfriend, Candice (Brittany Daniel), and his assistant, Denise (Crystal Reed). During the party, one of Terry's employees, Ray (Neil Hopkins), welcomes Jarrod to L.A., thinking he has moved there to join Terry's company. During a private argument about whether or not they should move to L.A., Elaine reveals that she is pregnant.



Early the next morning, bright blue lights descend from the sky, entrancing anyone who looks at them. The light turns their eyes milky white and inflames blood vessels, so that they stand up on the skin. Held captive by the light, humans are immobilized and engulfed by the aliens. Ray suffers this fate, but Jarrod is saved when Terry tackles him. Jarrod returns to normal shortly after. He and Terry decide to investigate the light from the roof of the highrise, where they see several alien ships descend over the blue lights and vacuum up thousands of entranced humans. Locked out on the roof, they are almost captured by flying aliens, but Elaine opens the door from inside. She is temporarily mesmerized, but Jarrod saves her.



Back in the apartment, Jarrod points out that the water seems to be free of spacecraft. He argues that it would be a safer place than Terry's condo. The group attempts to reach the marina by car. They split into two groups: Terry and Denise in one and Candice, Jarrod, and Elaine in the other. Before they begin to drive off, they meet a couple, Colin (J. Paul Boehmer) and Jen (Tanya Newbould), also attempting to flee the building. Terry's car is the first to leave, and it is immediately stomped flat by a massive "tanker" alien. Denise is presumably killed while Terry is captured. As the remaining survivors flee back into the garage, they encounter another alien capturing Colin. It corners the rest of the group, but it is knocked out when the building's concierge, Oliver (David Zayas), slams into it with an SUV. Colin is still alive inside the alien, but, as the group tries to free him, the alien wakes up, sucks out Colin's brain, which glows blue, and inserts the organ into its head, as a transplant.



Jen is captured as the group retreats back into the building. The United States Air Force launches a drone attack on the spaceships, nuking the biggest one. The bomb seems to destroy the ship, then it slowly begins to repair itself. After sharing with Elaine how the mesmerizing light made him feel powerful, and that he still feels powerful, Jarrod becomes adamant that they must seek safety elsewhere before it is too late. Oliver tries to restrain him, but Jarrod's eyes turn milky and his veins start to show again, as before. He demonstrates considerable strength, lifting Oliver off the floor with one hand, and swears that nothing will stop him from protecting his family. An Army helicopter lands on the roof, dropping off several snipers with .50 caliber rifles. Jarrod and Elaine go to the roof hoping to ride the next helicopter to safety. Oliver and Candice continue to hide in Terry's penthouse. Candice is absorbed and Oliver sacrifices himself in an attempt to blow up a "Tanker" alien on the side of the building. By tag-teaming an alien, Jarrod and Elaine resist capture, eventually killing it. In spite of this temporary reprieve, Jarrod and Elaine are trapped when the aliens defeat the military. Resigned to their fate, they both look into the blue light of an alien ship and embrace as they are abducted.



A montage shows that cities like New York City, London, Hong Kong, and Las Vegas have all fallen prey to the invaders. Onboard the alien spacecraft, tendrils are inserting human brains into alien husks, re-animating them. Elaine helplessly watches as Jarrod's brain is removed from his body. She is spared this fate when the alien sorter realizes that she is pregnant. Elaine is then transported to another chamber. Meanwhile, Jarrod's brain, which glows red instead of blue, is inserted into an alien body. Instead of simply powering the alien body, Jarrod seems to retain control and conscious, he leaps to the aid of Elaine and their unborn child. The film ends with a series of still images between the credits that depict "Jarrod" protecting Elaine and their child from the other aliens.

Just before Princess Fiona’s (Cameron Diaz) rescue by Shrek (Mike Myers) in the first film, King Harold (John Cleese) and Queen Lillian (Julie Andrews) are revealed to have come to the magic deal-maker Rumpelstiltskin (Walt Dohrn) for help with breaking Fiona’s curse. King Harold is about to sign a contract to break the curse in exchange for Rumpelstiltskin becoming king of Far, Far Away, but word comes that Fiona has been rescued, causing King Harold to decline the offer. A disgruntled Rumpelstiltskin in the present day wishes that Shrek was never born, vowing vengeance.



Meanwhile, Shrek has grown tired of his life being a local celebrity and his overwhelming family and friends, as well as the fact he feels he isn’t a “real ogre” anymore. When they arrive at Far, Far Away for the ogre babies' first birthday, an angry mob become fans and asks Shrek to autograph pitch forks and torches, a boy asks him to do his roar, and the three pigs eats the birthday cake. All this makes Shrek roar in frustration and everyone applauds; he smashes a new cake and angrily leaves the castle. Outside, Fiona talks to Shrek about his anger and his wish to be a real ogre again while Rumpelstiltskin overhears. Fiona tells Shrek he has everything, but doesn't see it, and she heads back inside the castle. Shrek sees Rumpelstiltskin faking to be hurt, and insists he joins him for a ride in his carriage.



Rumpelstiltskin offers him a day to feel like a real ogre again, in exchange for a day from Shrek’s childhood. Shrek agrees and signs the contract. Shrek enjoys his day being feared by villagers, until he sees his home in the swamp is nothing but a big tree stump and is soon captured by a group of witches and taken to Rumpelstiltskin, the king of Far, Far Away; Rumpelstiltskin took the day Shrek was born and even successfully makes King Harold and Queen Lillian sign the contract to release Fiona and disappear, making him king. He even enslaves the ogre population. Rumpelstiltskin declares that within 24 hours, Shrek, having never been born, will cease to exist altogether.



Shrek is able to escape his confinement and rescues Donkey (Eddie Murphy), who works as a pack mule and has never met Shrek. Donkey at first doesn’t trust Shrek and fears him, but eventually becomes friends with the ogre. Donkey is also intelligent and is able to deduce by folding the contract paper that the exit clause of Rumpelstiltskin’s contract is true love’s first kiss before the 24 hours run out. Not finding Fiona in the tower, the two stumble upon a secret community of warrior ogres led by Fiona. Fiona has never met Shrek, can't stand him and dismisses his attempts to reconcile with her. Shrek also finds Puss in Boots (Antonio Banderas), now Fiona’s pet who retired from swordsmanship and is now obese and lazy. Puss, although he doesn't know Shrek, befriends him and realises that there was some romantic interest between Shrek and Fiona.



Rumpelstiltskin is to lead the nightly ogre hunt throughout the kingdom, and Fiona plans to defeat him along the route. However, Rumpelstiltskin has hired the Pied Piper, who with a magical flute entrances the army of ogres to dance themselves all the way to the castle. Puss and Donkey are able to save Fiona and Shrek. Shrek has by this point all but won Fiona’s heart, but since Fiona doesn’t truly love him, their kiss doesn’t fix the spell. Fiona leaves to save the ogres and the kingdom without Shrek, Puss, or Donkey.



Rumpelstiltskin announces to the kingdom that whoever brings him Shrek will get whatever they want with no strings attached. Shrek turns himself in and in return Rumpelstiltskin frees the ogre army. Shrek is imprisoned along with Fiona, since Fiona is a princess by day, she could not go free, but is deeply moved by Shrek's self-sacrifice. The two are to be fed to Dragon, Donkey’s wife in the regular timeline, but Puss, Donkey, and the ogres arrive and battle Rumpelstiltskin’s forces.



Shrek and Fiona escape Dragon and defeat Rumpelstiltskin, but the 24 hours have already passed for Shrek, who begins to fade into thin air. Just before he does so, Fiona kisses Shrek, now truly in love with him, and breaks Rumpelstiltskin’s contract and her curse. The alternate reality falls apart and the true timeline is restored with Shrek roaring in his frustration back at the birthday party. Shrek embraces Fiona, his family, and friends again, and live happily ever after.



During the end credits, they and all their family and friends including the ogre army, celebrate the ogre babies’ first birthday in a larger party which includes Rumpelstiltskin, now held prisoner and his pet goose exploded due to Fiona's singing. A curtain call follows in the credits, along with a montage of clips from the past three films: Shrek, Shrek 2, and Shrek the Third.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is an upcoming romantic-fantasy film scheduled for release on June 30, 2010.[5] It is based on Stephenie Meyer's Eclipse and will be the third installment of The Twilight Saga film series, following 2008's Twilight and 2009's New Moon. Summit Entertainment greenlit the film in February 2009.[5] Directed by David Slade, the film will star Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner, reprising their roles as Bella Swan, Edward Cullen, and Jacob Black, respectively.[6] Melissa Rosenberg, who penned the scripts for both Twilight and New Moon, will be returning as screenwriter.[7]



Filming began on August 17, 2009 at Vancouver Film Studios,[8] and finished in late October, with post-production began early the following month.[9] Because of scheduleing conflicts, Bryce Dallas Howard will play Victoria, replacing Rachelle Lefevre who previously played her.[10] It will be the first Twilight film to be released in IMAX

The Forbidden Kingdom (Chinese: 功夫之王; working: The J & J Project[2]) is a 2008 American martial arts adventure film from Lionsgate and The Weinstein Company directed by Rob Minkoff. It is the first film to star together two of the best-known names in the martial arts film genre, Jackie Chan and Jet Li. The action sequences were choreographed by Yuen Woo-ping.

Final Fantasy VII Advent Children (ファイナルファンタジーVII アドベントチルドレン, Fainaru Fantajī Sebun Adobento Chirudoren?) is a 2005 CGI film directed by Tetsuya Nomura and Takeshi Nozue and produced by Yoshinori Kitase and Shinji Hashimoto. It was written by Kazushige Nojima and the music was composed by Nobuo Uematsu. Advent Children was the first announced title in the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII series.



The film is based on the highly successful 1997 console role-playing game Final Fantasy VII. It is set two years after the events of the game, and follows Cloud Strife as he unravels the cause of a mysterious plague called "Geostigma" that has beset the population.



Advent Children received mixed reviews from critics, attaining an approval rating of 33% on the review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes[1]. In 2005, the film received the "Maria Award" at the Festival Internacional de Cinema de Catalunya, and at the 2007 American Anime Awards it was awarded "best anime feature". As of 2006, the DVD and UMD releases of Advent Children have sold over 10.5 million copies worldwide.
